I will do my best to catch up on the happenings in our life over the past 3 years. I still can’t believe we have been here, come October, for 3 years. We have visited many places in Europe and still have not scratched the surface.

So I will start by sharing some of our photos of places we have been. Let’s start with Edelweiss. Why Edelweiss? It was the last trip so far that we have taken.

The hotel was amazing. We did have to take our own food due to keeping kosher. You know–the Jewish thing.

The hotel is surrounded by snow-capped mountains. I could not take enough pictures of them. It was nice to see the outdoor pool, which was heated (no, we did not get in).

I could say a lot more, but its late here and I need to get some sleep. Enjoy the photos.
